Default Unplugged and no clue where is goes.

Hey guys looking under the hood I found this tube coming off the oil filler and no idea where it goes to or if it’s suppsed to be like a breather or something. Thoughts?

That attaches to a small filter on the side of your air box, it's ventilation for the crankcase/PCV system. Could be you have blow by and someone just vented it into the fender ? Change the PCV valve and get a new filter , or leave it .

You should try to find the PCV & its hoses from a later V8 (~'94-96), and install them on yours before your engine develops the problems associated with the early routing.

As said it goes to air box below air filter, I'd bet it got bumped and simply came unclipped. Pretty common with that style breather setup. If it had blow by you'd sure see it in the picture or op would have mentioned.
