Exclamation Truck randomly dies when slowing down?

So today ( i have a 302 5speed) when slowing down putting my clutch in and braking and downshifting as usual when all of a sudden my truck dies at a stoplight and to go into my friends road. There is a weird buzzing/ticking almost coming from engine. anyone heard of anything like this i drove home and haven't driven since any help would be appreciated.

Buzzing and ticking normal, those are relays, etc, does it do it when you completely let off throttle? If it keeps happening try to raise the idle a little.

The buzzing noise was not happening before it started acting up so i was just wondering if it caused it. The only reason why i asked was because my truck doesn't usually die on me when slowing down into the turn lane.
