Truck pulling right, even after alignment

I would move the 2 rear tires forward, if not already done. I cant imagine the truck not pulling, if you left the same tires on the front after the alignment. Bet they are worn in.

Decent weather today so I took the opportunity to jack up the front end and have a look. Both wheels seemed tight with no slop in the steering so that was a plus. The driver's side tire spun freely, no resistance at all. The passenger side, on the other hand, required a little effort and I could hear the brakes dragging. From the looks of it, the caliper is shot. Going to pick one up later today and replace on Friday. Will swap the front / rear tires at that time as well since the front passenger side is a tad more worn than the drivers. Hoping this will fix the problem, will report back. Thanks again for the suggestions!

Look at the rear toe and thrust angle in that print out. The entire rear axle of the truck is shifted and the wheels are pointed to the right. Check out your leaf springs, hangers, shackles, etc.

You want to see the thrust angle as close to 0.00 as possible, which is dead ahead. Yours is almost .75degrees off. Almost a degree of toe on the left side, .60 toe on the right, that's why it pulls right there

Thanks for the info. The hangers were replaced at some point so maybe they weren't lined up correctly. Do you think that this is something that an alignment shop could handle? I mean, I can check everything to see if it's tight, loose, rusted, etc. but I don't think I would be able to fix it myself.

I'd leave it to professionals. You could climb up under there and see if there's any obvious signs of things having moved around, but in my experience, it's been tough to tell unless something was really off.

Being that the hangars have been replaced, it's very possible that they are in a different location now just slightly, but being that it's tweaked sideways, I'd almost wonder if maybe the axle has shifted under the leafs? Could be a possibility if the pins in the leaf packs are missing. But I'm really just spitballing at this point.

I would think a specialized alignment shop, or a collision repair shop that does alignments could probably figure it out

Thanks again, I really appreciate the info. I am still going to replace the calipers as one is definitely dragging and the other, well, it's nearly 25 years old so I figure better safe than sorry for the $40 extra it will cost. Once that is done, I will get back down to the alignment shop and see what they think.
