I have a 1992 f150 flareside 5.8. So I went to the gas station about a week ago & pumped gas. Coming out the gas station my truck started bogging & then shut off on me. Turned it again turned on pressed the gas bogged again & died then didn't turn on after. Just changed the fuel pump & still won't turn on. Any ideas what if can be?

Sounds like they sold you a tank full of water

Have you checked for spark? Have you checked for fuel? You didn't put diesel or some high ethanol fuel in did you?

Saw a kid fill up a mustang with diesel once.

Could be coil, ignition control module, almost anything. Have to start trouble shooting.

I'm with Eric on that one - I'd suspect the gas.

its only happened to me once, but happened on my streetbike. after filling within a mile it started running badly and only made it home on choke. drain fuel into a glass gallon jug and had a very large amount of water..
bike ran flawless up till that gas station..
