Default Throttle Body Spacer

I was looking at putting an Airaid throttle body spacer in my 1988 F150 XLT Lariat and was wondering what kind of gains this would give me.(HP/MPG?)
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks, Mike

It MIGHT add 1 hp, sound like crap and be pretty much a total waste of your money, unless you are planning on drilling and tapping it for a nitrous jet.

eh, if your getting nitrous, youve got a CAI, so you could just tap into that thus creating a throttle body spacer useless, again.

Better to have the jet after the Throttle body.

Alright thanks all. I don't have $100 if it's a waste.

cold air intake will help along with some underdrive pulleys.
