Default Tank selector valve

92 F150 dual tanks, can they be rebuilt, or if they dont work they are junk?

Did some research, I dont think my truck has one, the switch determines what tank to pump from.

Nope 92 won't have the selector valve, the switch on the dash just re-directs current to either pumps in the tanks.

If one tank is not operating, I would test for power at the connector to the pump, if all is good then I'd assume the pump is toast.
