Default Sway Bar attachment to frame piece

Hey guys, 88 F150 so I’m replacing my front sway bar, brackets, and bushings, and the frame piece that comes across the front is totally shot bent etc not even attached. What part is this? I can’t find it anywhere.

It's called a "crossmember". These show the later one, which is similar, if not interchangeable:

Yes that’s it. Where can I get a new one. Previous owner used it to tow.

I doubt you will find a new one anywhere - junkyard or ebay would be my best guess. I was looking for F150 front away bars yesterday in a local yard and I found at least 4 complete front setups.
