Default Leaf Spring Mount Questions

Hey all
I have a 95 f150 4x4 with the 351. I noticed the other day that the mount that bolts to the frame and holds the leaf springs onto the truck are pretty much rusted away. The passenger one is definetely gone showing the bolt that connects the leaf spring to the frame. My question is are there any of these mounts that are longer which would lower the leaf springs thereby lifting the rear of the truck? I dont want to go all out with a lift right now due to money but i do want a higher stance as my truck is quite low. I would also like to put a level kit or spacer up front to equal things out. I dont know a whole lot about suspension but im ready to learn something new. I have several things that need attention so im trying to get a game plan together here. I just got done moving to a new house and she was quite loaded down a time or two. Kind of disturbing knowing those rear mounts are the way they are. Thanks.

Technically, they're called leaf spring hangers, but that's neither here nor there.
