Looks really nice. Looks like a lot of work. The only thing that bothered me was when you showed the power run for your amp, I saw your heater supply line resting on your soup can (was Ford in cahoots with Campbells?), and the return looks really close to a connector. I had the same thing on mine and I supported the hoses to prevent a future failure.
Yeah if I look at this too long, I'll be ordering from Crutchfield soon.

I am still working on getting everything dialed in with the stereo settings, but I can say without question this project was worth every back-breaking minute I put into it. The truck ride is so much quieter, and when I have the stereo up I cannot hear anything but music, and perhaps the air through the windows when they are down. The only down side is I cannot hear my exhaust or engine nearly as well, so sometimes I forget to shift gears! I will learn

A break down of total cost, just under 1k for everything. The media player and speakers were purchased last summer.

Kenwood Bluetooth KMM BT515HD media player - $120
Polk DB 651 & Polk DB 571 speakers - $120
Rockford P3S-1X10 10" subwoofer enclosure - $163 - it fits behind the bench seat of a single cab with the seat all the way back.
Kenwood Excelon X801-5 5 channel amplifier - $260
Amplifier wiring/fuse holder/speaker cables/connectors - $~100
Noico Sound deadener w/ tools and tape - $~200

Looks real good man! Same thing I did to mine, only difference was I also added some ccf(closed cell foam) on the ceiling as well as the doors, and MLV to the floor and doors. Im running 150+ watts to each door and still get a lil vibration in my doors. But you did a real nice job man!

Replaced the front speakers with components - mounted the tweeters up in the A pillars. I think I have finally achieved sonic nirvana. As close as I will ever get to it in this truck

I had been doing some reading that AGU fuses aren't really safe above 60A rating, so I did some re-arranging of my wiring to pull power directly from the battery and I added a 100A Bussman circuit breaker to protect the amp. My amp can pull up to 90A at full volume.

For future reference: AMG (MEGA) fuses are cheaper, and can be had in a wide range of ratings:

Yes I considered the mega fuse but wanted the ability to just push a button and work on my stereo if necessary. Cost $25 and looks to be well made.

I am considering removing the fusible link from my aftermarket alternator cable and running a 150A mega fuse instead.
