If the truck CRANKS, but won't start, check the fuel pump switch - the switch that trips when you have a frontal impact. It may be bad or have a loose connection.

I'm sure you've checked the fuel pump relay too right?

Has fuel. It is a no spark condition... Im leaning towards a ECM...but thats and expensive gamble..

Yank the TFI off and have it tested at AutoZone. Also, make sure you're getting power to the TFI itself with the key forward.

i fixed the problem like 2 months ago, it was the starter, been starting fine since.

Mine is/was doing something similar. I rewired my battery terminals and that fixed it for a while. Recently it happened again so I cleaned everything up and added an additional ground. Hope this is THE fix, lol.
