Default Six liters of MADNESS!

So here is the short story,

My 1995 F150 has bad head gaskets, and who knows what else is wrong with that engine.

I have a co-worker that wants to sell me a 351w he had built for one project, but he ended up using another engine. So it is rebuild by pros, and has receipts and is tested and all that jazz.

He said it was bored over 30 thousandths. (I think that is the right numbers.)
He estimates it will be around 6 liters.

Will the ECU be able to handle the larger volume?

What if any mods will I have to make to accommodate this new motor?

So can't i just adjust the timing by rotating the distributor as normal?

What motor are you taking out? If it's a windsor, you shouldn't have any issues.

The old and the new engines are both Windsors. The only difference is that the new one has been bored out a bit.

I will be keeping fuel injection, and all the accessories from the old setup.

I meant firing order. I thought you were replacing a 5.0. If your replacing a 351 your fine. The computer doesn't care about a few cubes.

Find out what cam it has. If it was built for top end power you'll be very disappointed with it in your heavy *** truck...If it was simply bored out and rebuilt then you should have zero issues with the swap.
