The swap was not all that bad the second time around. With hand tools on the ground it took about a week working on and off with several trips included to local Pull-a-Part for core support, engine wire harness, etc.

This was the complete drivetrain I had in my '91 Lariat (previously 5.0L, E4OD with 8.8 3.55 LS) which my daughter totaled out.
Must have: Engine mounts/perches & oil filter relocation kit from L&L products (great quality).
Recommended: doug thorley tri-y's, banks or L&L headers.

Scotty "the mad porter" of RHP in Tacoma, Wa did the awesome job on the heads and intake. The truck is an absolute beast and is averaging 12 mpg!
