Setting Warm Curb Idle and Timing
I need to set my timing and check my warm curb idle. My question is, which one do I need to set first?
Also, has anybody use a tachometer on the coil on these trucks it check idle? I know they can be used on the old round coils, but I have never tried or seen one tried on the newer coils.

Whats the screw on the throttle linkage for? I know you are not suppose to tamper with it, but somebody has, the end of it is all chewed up from someone turning it with pliers. I got a new one to put in it and want to make sure it set right.
How would you set the warm curb idle if it is not in spec. (mine should be 650-675rpm)?
