Seat interchangeability 1991 F150
Hi All,
I have a red vinyl bench with fold down center armrest in my 91 F150 XLT Lariat. Looking to upgrade from vinyl; I'm pretty sure this isnt the original bench anyhow for a lariat. I have a local swap meet coming up soon and want to know what to look for in a seat upgrade that will bolt into my truck. Its a regular cab, will later year 92-96 seats work?
I want something that will bolt into existing mouting locations if possible.
School me on what fits what between 91 and later year seats.
What had the nicest seats that I should look for?

80 to 96 bench seat from a regular cab will bolt into an 80 to 96 regular cab.
XLT seat with the fold down center armrest from a 92 to 96 is the nicest bench. Don't know about the vinyl though.
If you want to put seats from a later (98 to present) model there would be modifications required.
