Rough idle for a min or so at startup

I have a 94 Ford F-150 4x4 351.when I crank it sometimes it idles rough for a min or so then clears up.no codes.ive cleaned the throttle body and resealed it.i have also sprayed starting fluid around the motor no difference. What could cause this?

Any oil consumption or blue smoke at startup? It doesn't take much. My guess is some oil is getting past worn valve seals after shutting down and getting onto plugs which clean up right after starting. How do the plugs look?

No smoke at startup and not sure.will have to pull one tomm.it only has 150k on the truck.

Could it be the coolant temp sensor? If it's getting a bad reading at startup it could run rough.

If that’s the case could I see it on a handheld scanner? I never thought about temp sensor.when I go to collage wed I’ll hook it up.when I had the ac on the temp gage would go below normal operating for a sec then back to normal.the truck don’t have electric fans.i thought that was weird.
