Default Replacement oil fill cap needed

So I needed to add oil today cause ole Forestina uses it (and leaks a little), went to open the filler cap and the top of the cap snapped off.
The bottom of cap is still in the engine block - figured I better have a replacement in hand before attempting to remove the stuck part.

1995 F150XL 5.0 V8 any idea what is the correct replacement cap part number and any tricks to get the stuck piece out?

Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply and link.
Any tips and tricks for getting the old one out?

Figure I should be able to get a screw driver on the edge and tap it counter clockwise until it breaks free and she should spin right out, easy breezy right?
