Default Helper Springs part number

I have these Ford helper springs marked as follows:

EW 58 89
E7TA FA
FoMoCo

I am trying to find which models and years these would fit. I tried the obvious (Google searches), but have come up empty. Any help is appreciated.

For full disclosure: I am looking for this information so that I can sell them, as they are currently taking up space in my garage.

From what I can tell with my best Google-fu..

For the E7TA:
E = 1980s
7 = 1987
T = Light Truck & Bronco I (1983-later)
A = Light Truck Engineering Division

5889 is likely the basic part number since "5516-5999 = Rear springs & attaching parts"

And then the EW and FA mean???

But what I am wondering at the moment is will these fit a 1989 full-size Bronco?
