I took mine off. Love the look. Just peeled it off by hand. Then took a 3m eraser wheel and drill and took all that crap off. So easy and quick once you get in the groove. And no chemicals or scrubbing. And there is absolutely NOTHING left

I guess what it boils down to is that Chevies make sense to me. Everything is engineered logically.
Fords are strange. It's like the engineers try to do everything backwards. Nothing makes sense.
Dodges are a lot like Fords in this respect, just with less QC.
Lol. All I ever worked on was fords so it easy to me. But I will agree they are engineered kinda weird.

What I don't get is why can't both sides of the 302 be easy to get at and work on, some simple relocations would have made life so much easier, and it never fails that the side that's a pain in the ***** to work on is the one that has the problems...

Any auto parts store. $40. But waaayyyyyyyy better than chemicals. It ALL comes off. Clean. Wash and wax afterward and it looks good as nee
