What all did you use to remove it? I've been wanting to but wasn't sure about how to go about it

Not intamately familiar with this trim in particular.
I'm going to guess that it's the 'glued on' style trim.

Use a hair dryer/heat gun and a piece of fishing line.
Heat it up and use the line to 'cut' through the adhesive.
Then a good bug and tar remover to clean up the adhesive left on the truck.

I'd think it speaks for itself.
The only thing worse then a Ford is a Dodge.

I own and drive Fords and Chevy's, I won't so much as ride in a Dodge.
I love working on my Chevies.
I hate working on my Fords.

I guess what it boils down to is that Chevies make sense to me. Everything is engineered logically.
Fords are strange. It's like the engineers try to do everything backwards. Nothing makes sense.
Dodges are a lot like Fords in this respect, just with less QC.

I recommend "Goo gone" it really works great on really gummy adhesives. And has a nice citrus scent so your not gettin high tryin to use it. Just spray on, let it sit for a bit, and either rub off, or easily scrape with a plastic card edge.

You sound like me, but exactly opposite. Chevies to me are back asswards while the fords are straight forward
