hi i have a 1992 f150 with a 5.8L engine and it is having problems the fuel pump does not shut off. i have already replaced the fuel pump and the fuel pressure regulator and still doing the same thing does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?

Does the fuel pump run with the key in the off position?

The eec puts a ground on the relay which in turn powers the pump. Try swapping out the relay.. its a shot.. but most guys that have had this problem have a bad eec.
