I had worked on a 460 out of a 91 f250 they are not bad but if i would go with something out of an f250 that would be a good choice but I am not very familiar about there track record as much as the 351s and 302s.
and yes the 302 is great but I don't want one i my truck they are very common around these parts.

no matter how its done a 351 will ALWAYS be 5.8 liters... math is math and the numbers always add up the same... doesnt matter who makes the engine the size is the size no matter what...
dont believe us...? Google it... it is a simple forumula

ok guys he gets it lol, the 460 is built like a tank, leading up to me buying one i was told that since all the parts are bigger, so the idea is they wear out slower, also my 460 HATES 4k+ RPMS some diesel guys said the 460 is one of the few engines (if taken care of) that can have a life span close to a diesel. but i guess that goes for any engine really. iv seen several of these things with 300k+ miles and there still working. what saves the engine is it dose not have very high RPMs, the only time i can hit 4k RPMs is if i put the pedal to the floor. pulling an 8000lb trailer she barely goes past 3k.
