One thing regarding using the f250 springs- I know that the 4x4 f 250 had leaf springs in the front and the back. the 4x2 model is the one with coil springs in the front. So are you guys saying that i could take 4x2 springs off of an f 250 and put them in place of my 4x4 f 150 springs? leaving my shocks the same

Yes that's exactly what there saying.
Here is a pick of my 95 4x4(that I sold) with f250 2wd coils. It sagged so bad in the front that the tires leaned in..even tho all my steering and ball joints were in great condition!

After the tires sat perfectly strait and I gained almost 3" of lift! Keep in mind these are (small) 235/75/15" tires.

So what did you end up doing, since the 2wd sprigs didn't work out like you wanted. What did you to to fix that?

I think he thought it was sagging after you put the coils in.

No it sagged with stock coils. The f250 coils were the best modification I did to that truck! It handled and drove way better with the f250 2wd coils

Yea I got it now. Now I plan to keep the factory stance, so I'm debating what to do on the rear. I have heard I could add an add a leaf. What did you do to the rear of your truck?

Also, did the coil replacement make it ride stiffer? And did you notice any difference in fuel mileage(I don't see why you would) ?

There is always the body lift I did 3" body lift along with F250 coil springs in front to level it out. I'm running 34's on 16x10 rims Just a thought if your wanting the room for tires and a good looking stance

This pic is when I just got through installin F250 springs (junkyard $20) and a little elbow grease. Also have stock spec shocks in it no problems
