Default question for the guys whi have 4-6" lifts

I have the ttb up front and one of the ttb drop brackets looks like I need to drill a hole in my crossmember is this right? Or does the bracket just get supported by the one bolt on the crossmember and the one bolt for the ttb pivot point?

The one my thumb is pointing to is the one that lines up with nothing. The one directly right if that goes to the factory pivot point

And sway bar drop brackets, do they drop the skid plate mounts-to-frame or do they bolt to the sway bar mounts on the skid plate?

They drop the skid plate, fugly thing, check the hole spacing , I could be wrong.

The instructions for the bed's kit say you drill two 9/16 holes for the tab on that drop bracket, I found that here,
http://bds-suspension.com/product-instructions

I searched the part number 507h for the 6" kit

I d lend you a 9/16th drill bit, but you'd have to come get it, it s north a loooong way north and to the right.

Would one of those step drills work, you can get them at Lowes, home depot, etc,

So I thought everything was finished but when Im backing out the driveway, my steering wheel turned about 1/4 turn so I stopped to look and my front tires are pointed like. /-\ ...as soon as I put it drive and move forward I feel a very slight pop then everything looks straight again.. what would that be?

Did you change the pitman arm?
Tighten the radius arms, and drop brackets?
Check that your tie rods are seated and tight, no wiggles?
Sound's like a loose tie rod.
