Pulley Replacement
 

OK what am I doing wrong? I'm installing a new pulley but every time I tighten it down its so tight the pulley won't move. Its a simple bolt, washer, spacer (i think) and then another washer that kinda screws on.

Make sure the bolts are not too long and going out the back.
