Default Quick help! Rough country lift

Anybody do their own rough country lift? When u add the leaf do u take the helper leaf out?

Had to take it out the new u-bolts weren't long enough to include it

When I did mine I had just stock leaves and added the kit included leaf so I believe there was 4 then.
I kept the stock blocks in and used the kit included blocks the u bolts just fit on and nuts were a couple threads past locks

Yeah. That's the same kit I have. Uses stock leaves and an add a leaf but I had to take the helper leaf out of the stick leaves because the u bolts they sent weren't long enough to even put the nuts on

your talking about the overload spring on top of the main leaf pack arnt you?
that or a previous owner put a helper under the main spring pack.

No it was a flat leaf on the bottom of the pack. The previous owner may have put it on. He hauled a 5th wheel with it and had done some other stuff to it
