I ended up changing the tumbler first because it looked like the easiest and the cheapest. That ended up taking care of the problem. Everything that should go off when I turn the key off, does.
It still sticks a bit in the forward position, but not as bad as it did. Would it be a unwise to spray a bit a lubricant in there or something?
I did buy the ignition switch also because I was having my doubts about the tumbler; I'll be returning that tomorrow.

i wouldnt spray lubricant in it without the negative battery cable unplugged just in case a short might occur. i honestly do not know if it would short or do anything, but it couldnt hurt to disconect the battery while sprying in there
