Scored this little old Warn 8274 (8000 pound) off of Craigslist tonight. $175.. couldn't resist. Found it at the perfect time, considering i'm doing my Dana 60 SAS right now. I'm putting this winch up front and can fix it all correctly the first time with the SAS crossmember stuff/etc.

I'm thinking about cutting a rectangle hole in the stock front bumper (8th gen) behind the license plate holder for the winch cable to run through if there is enough room for the winch under there and if it will all line up. Gonna have to figure out a way to make the license plate flip up or something too. The wheels are turning...

Better up grade to a gen 3 alternator? That old wench likes the juice.
