Default Okay now I am really confused

I need to do a trans fluid and filter change. First thing will 5 quarts of tranny fluid be enough? Also they have like six different kits at Advanced Auto. I have not the slightest clue which one I need lol. I have an AOD I believe. It is a '92 F150, 302, Automatic, 4x4.

This is the one I think I need but I am not sure.

Would rather ask and look stupid then to it all up lol.

Being a 92 its most likely a E4OD and if you drop the pan drain the convertor too since it usually has more fluid then the trans,I think it holds about 15 quarts total.

Yea, it does take a lot of fluid, but really it's a good thing that it has a drain plug in the torque converter so that you can do it quickly and cleanly. Also, if you haven't used Seafoam Transtune yet, it wouldn't be a bad idea to do that before you change your fluid out.

A regular oil change would be 6 quarts, 5 regularly and then another because of oil in the filter. This other talk is over my head at the moment. haha

Funny thing is this all started after I replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and coil. Just seems a bit odd to me that it would start this then. I also bought gas at a place I normally don't. I do not think it would still have water in it if it did have any in the first place though.
