So I wasnt planning on doing an engine rebuild but i just stole a 5.0 for $50... Decent condition that i can tell, have to rip it apart yet to be sure, but my question is what should i do to get a little more power out of it than my current 5.0 with 123,000 miles on it. The engine came out of a 92' F150 so thats my next question will it swap right in once its finished? I appreciate anything people can explain to me

I think as long as transmission bell housing and motor mounts will bolt up should work.
