Default Problems after smog removal

Alright a few weeks ago i pulled the 5.0 out of my 95 f150, I removed the smog pump and pluged the holes in the head and pluged the vacuum lines going out of the switches to the valves, but the lines into the switches ares till there. I also went through and re-gasketed and the whole motor including valve stem seals. The timeing set and spark plugs are all new also. I put the motor back in and got a smaller serp belt and also eliminated the mechanical fan and put a electric fan from a 94 cougar on with a thermostatic switch. I also put a set of shorty headers on it. Ive been driving it for a while now and once and a while at a stop light or just idleing it starts to sputter and almost want to die and has died a few times. I ran a scan and got a code 172 and 173 saying the O2 sensor heat switch wasnt working or soemthing like that, i also got a 332 code so i am woundering if anyone else has the problem and any suggestions, thanks could really use the help
