NO POWER 1996 F150 5.0 (Cat?) Help please

Hey all - Will try and make this quick so you don't have to read through a bunch of nonsense before getting to the problems.

-No power when accelerating. Takes 20 secs to get to 20mph with foot on floor.
-If sitting at idle in drive after getting to operating temperature, will start to overheat, bog down and eventually die. RPM's go up if put in neutral.
-Idles around 500-600 RPM's (should be higher?)

Codes pulled from OBDII:

-P1131 (Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch Sensor Lean Bank 1)
-P1151 (Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch Sensor Lean Bank 2)
-P0402 (Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Excessive Detected)
-P0135 (O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 1)
-P0155 (O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank 2 Sensor 1)

Questions:

So, clearly, I need to replace the o2 sensors - As well as the EGR valve - Question I have though, is, I've been watching videos... and apparently there are two catalytic converters on a 1996 5.0l v8 302? And also, I've heard someone say that there are two upstream o2 sensors, and just one down. If I were getting two upstream sensors, does that mean I get two of the exact same upstream sensors for those replacements, or are they technically two different parts? Also, if there are two catalytic converters, does that mean if I were going to buy a replacement, I'd have to get two different cats? I believe one is smaller than the other, but when I search online, I can't find anywhere where there's a distinguished and stated difference between replacements...

Such as this - https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...sn=494&jsn=494

Would I be needing two of the same ones, or are they different parts for bank 1 and bank 2 cat's?

I've also heard lack of power could be contributed to everything from exhaust manifold leak, mass air flow sensor, PCV Valve/Hose, to DPFE sensor... after going through everything, though, clogged cat and bad o2 sensors seem to be the most likely culprit.

Thanks, everyone. Any input is greatly appreciated - I'm sure it's fairly simple, just, the whole two upstream sensors and two cat's has me kind of confused.

Use a vacuum gauge to check for a clogged cat before buying.

Thanks. Any reference to a guide of how to do that? Still a noob to all this, basically.
