Tractor supply boxes are poorly made and not worth what they're asking for it. As Sean said.....there is NO difference between frames and everything is a bolt in swap...just time consuming.

Ok, thanks guys. Ill see if i cn find some at a pull yard this weekend. Well i know it will fit but i was wondering where you guys have been getting them from i dont want one that bends and all when you sit on it but i dont want to spend too much.

As far as tool boxes go, I got one from farm and home a few years ago and it sucked. I could open it fom the ground but then I had to get into the bed and sit on the lid to get it to shut.

And for the conversion from 2wd to 4wd, I am in the same position as you. I have a 88 F150 Lariat 5.0 2wd that i want to make 4wd. The only reason why i dont just buy an allready 4wd truck and fix it up is because I am attached to this one pretty good and have allready started restoring it. Maybe finding a solid donor truck and swap parts out would be your best bet. Things would start to get pretty expencive if ya started buying stuff new.
