The springs you want are Moog 824's. 844's work too but they're F250 springs and will stiffen your ride.

I've looked high and low for 3/4 inch bolt extensions. I even went to a bolt store that has all kinds of bolts and stuff, they didn't have em.

824 are F250 springs as well, 822 are stock 150 springs. The 824 offer a softer ride and sit slightly higher than 844 while compressed. 822 will give you straight from the factory height.
