Negative Camber After Ball Joint and Tie Rod End Install

So, I put my truck on the lift today and replaced all four ball joints, tie rod ends, adjustment sleeves, and wheel bearings, and I know the truck is going to need an alignment, but when I took it out for a small test drive, There was a lot of negative camber (tires look like this / \). as far as I kno, the camber adjustments on the knuckle didn't move at all (rusted in place) I can't figure out why. I pressed the ball joints all the way in using the press and an impact. I torqued them to the right spec, I just don't understand how this could mess with the camber so much. Any Ideas?

its going in for an alignment monday, I was just worried the camber may be too much to be corrected because I did something wrong, I'll see what it looks like after the alignment

You didn't happen to back up before you looked at it did you? Cause it'll do that.

I backed out of the shop, But i drove around it for a couple of minutes to make sure everything was working right. I guess its not as bad as it could be, but I know camber adjustment on these is very limited and I have very little money to put into my truck right now and it is my work horse. I'll take a picture later today and post it up.

Here are some pictures of the Camber of the truck and all the new parts installed, Everything was torqued to spec and I followed the All Data procedure to a t, this was my first time doing balljoints on anything. Does it look like the camber can be adjusted into spec?

I don't see why it wouldn't align.

Okay cool, thanks Justcallmesean, like I said, its going for an alignment monday, One more thing, it has an awful deathshake when I did bumps, I hit one or two bumps and it feels like I'm going over a washboard. I know it needs shocks, but I just can't afford them right now, all signs point to the alignemnt fixing the uspension reverb, but we will sdee tomorrow

okay, So I just got the truck aligned, they said there was nothing they could do bout the camber, the springs were sagging. big surprise. So I'm thinking I'm gonna replace the coils and front shocks. I'd like to put the 2wd f-250 coils in, but I don't know which ones to get, also, I want to replace my camber adjustment bushing, but napas website has a ton of different ones and I don;t know which ones to buy? Any idea?

I've got a question for you: did you use the same tie rod ends on both sides? I've got a left and right one, the right one is beefier and doesn't fit the adjustment sleeve. Trying to figure out if I've got the wrong tie rod or wrong adjustment sleeve
