OK, again, please bare with me, I have no manual, autozone didn't have one when I stopped.

Still trying to track down this fuel pump issue. The fuseable links all look good, nothing looks melted, I did not test them.

I located a label for fuel pump relay, but the holder is in bad shape and not holding the relays. They are down below. I'm assuming the green is the fuel pump relay. I tested it and have battery voltage coming in on the yellow line, and battery voltage going out the red wire with key on, no voltage with key off. Am I right to assume this is the fuel pump relay? If so I can move on. Kind of thinking the inertia switch might be bad.

OK, tested voltage at inertia switch plug. Red wire with black stripe has no voltage with key on or off. Green wire with yellow stripe has no voltage with key off, and 3.68v with key on. Now off to test continuity of the switch.

I don't think I could have been more clearer, regarding that.

Are you sure you have voltage coming out of your fuel pump relay?

The yellow wire should be hot as you said, but the red wire should be the pump relay coil feed coming from the ecm relay when you turn the key and is not the feed going to the inertia switch it should have voltage on it for a few seconds to pressurize the fuel system then cut itself off.

You may have to jump out the pump relay plug from the yellow feed to the inertia feed to do a voltage test at switch then onto (tank selector switch if you have dual tanks) or to the pump.

To trick the fuel pump into running, find the ECC test connector and jump the connector in #6 to ground w/ key on. Post the outcome.

OK, I put key in run, then jumped signal return to ground, nothing happened.

Also, tested inertia switch. Had continuity, so switch seems good.

OK, I'll try that, you said upper right hand corner, I see you changed that to #6, Kind of thought that was odd. Let you know in a moment.

You're too quick for me! I noticed afterward, the diagram I posted was 1/4 turned.
