theres both cans i dont know what either one does but the one next to battery in the one i took apart. it had a few small acorns in it that wouldnt go through the filter type thing thats falling apart

no it doesnt go to the plastic can (the one next to the battery) i dont remember where it goes ill check in the morning. if im not mistaking im pretty sure it goes to the metal one but not positive
