Default Need input for places to put my CB

Got a CB on the weekend and am debating on where to put it. I mounted my mic and pa and temporarily put my cb under the seat. I am not putting my whip on because I do not like how it looks. I need suggestions on where to put my cb cause I don't like it being under my seat. Thanks.

I had mine on the roof in my 95. Still haven't decided where to put it in my 89.

I also have a 95. i put mine right under the ashe tray. i can still open it too. it is a perfect place because i did not have to extend and wires for my cb or my pa speaker. i mounted my mic in the same place you did too. check out my garage photos and albums to see what it looks like.

I think most people mount it under the ash tray

I'd love to get another CB setup. Can't bring myself to do it until I have all the parts though. My setup for years was a Galaxy 88, Palomar 600W putting out 1000w and a fiberglass 102" all powered by a custom 300amp alternator and dual batteries. We used to go out on transmitter hunts every weekend and actually made some great beer money doing it. If you've never done a transmitter hunt or don't know what it is, let me know and I'll put it up here.

I kind of want it to be less obvious that its there. I probably will just mount it under the ash tray but if there is a better place that would be nice.

This is how I mounted mine.

Bent 2 "C's" around the ash tray lid and the mount that came with the cb
