yea we dont go mudding so we just get AT tires, my 150 and dodge just have/had the ST.

The company I work for uses Maxxis Buckshot Mudders on their 4x4 wrecker...they're pretty cheap for mud tires and seem to work well in slippery red clay. Can't say much about how noisy they are on the street because I can't hear them over the sound of a 454 with blown out mufflers.
