Just thought I'd clarify some things for people who don't read legal. I've been reading through the stuff on Seans link. It is interesting but be aware before you try driving without a license these are not laws they are legal precedents. What that means is they are arguments that lawyers have used trying to get clients off. When they win the argument becomes a precedent. Now when another lawyer faces a similar issue they refer to the case and basically say "this judge agreed with this". There is nothing forcing the new judge to agree with precedents. It is actually their job to review and change or uphold precedents. Until a law is passed by the state or fed precedents are just arguments. If you read more of the page you will see that some judges agreed and some did not.
