Default mystery cooling hose

so today i found a coolant leak but i cant find the hose/pipe to fix it.
i have a 94 f150 xlt with a 302.
the hose in question comes from the water pump turns into a hard line where it then splits off with a t junction, one direction goes to a heater hose the other goes to the throttle body.
it is the t junction that is rusted and starting to crack. anyone know what this hose/pipe is called and where to get it?

I think that was probably a dealer item and they probably don't carry it anymore. Time to get creative ? You can temporarily eliminate the throttle body part if you plug off both hoses. It's a cold weather thing for the most part.
Anyway it's just a hose, you should be able to figure something out, or start combing the junkyards for one that isn't rusty.

Throttle body heater. Probably going to be a dealer item. Looks to be obsolete. Most cap and plug that part of the system. If you live in a warm climate, it's not needed.

I deleted my smog pump and all related hoses and bypassed that throttle body hose. I used the air pipe that runs next to the passenger side exhaust manifold to bypass it. It fit but it took a little effort lol. I just cut off a piece of it with a hacksaw and viola. Then I put vacuum caps on the throttle body pipes.
