Default my lights got me stupped helpppp

ok so i got new led bulps today and put them in my turning signal lights i also have 8k hids. well after i put them in only one of my headlights was working but the led was working on that side and the side my headlight was working my led was not then i stuck the led that was working on the side that wasnt and now neither one of them will turn on and still only one of my headlights but my high beems work i need help lol

oh and now when i turn my lights on both turn signals on my cluster stay on?

Well.. I would guess if the lights worked normally before the LEDs and then did not after LED installation, there is a problem with the LEDs. All my light bulbs are stockers so, maybe one of the LED installation guru's can shed some light, no pun intended.

You may have installed them backwards. LED stands for Light Emitting Diode. A Diode is like a check valve, current can go one way but not back. They limit current to one direction. So you cannot use them backwards.

It is a long shot, but worth a try. Best thing to do is to install all the stock bulbs back in there, and install one LED at a time and test each one after.

You can also tell what side is positive by plugging them into a 12V source to test with. Then use a multimeter to figure out what side is positive and what side is negative.

WOOT! I am glad we were able to solve this issue!

I put LEDs on my rear tail lights last year, and was reminded they only work one way.
