Lol thats why I was hesitant on telling him to lift it from the oil pan, Ive seen em crushed from jacking with no block and mine has a small nick on mine from a stump from the previous owner.

Hope you get em fixed

Make sure the block is longer than the pan. The sides are the strong.point the flat part is weak. Don't push the drain plug in.

Are there any videos on this that you know of? I looked youtube but couldnt find any...I just want to be sure that I place things right so i dont crush my pan! I will place a block on each side, span them with another that is on the jack.

It's not an egg, you'll be fine. Just watch it as you raise it.

where can you get the one flange nut that fits on the motor mount. It look like it has a huge flange on it and its imperial I amn guessing. I order 2 different set of motor mounts and only one of them is compatible with the original bolts. Alll others the thread size seems to big so it stops coming to tighthen. where can I get hardware for this truck?

This is a case where you really should start a new thread. But, to answer the question, the best place is a scrap yard if you are looking for OEM. You can also take a nut that fits, or the mount, to (somewhere that sells such things) and get a matching one. I faintly remember that my new mounts came with nuts, but I could be wrong. That was a few years ago. You might send those back and order some that come with the nuts.
