i think with enough time a patience a maf system would be worth it. map does too much guessing on how much fuel is needed because it look up tables are limited.

There is no question that the Maf is superior. Modern systems use both sensors. My point is that you can use power upgrades and benefit from them without needing to do all the work and sometimes expense of a Maf upgrade.
