Default Max A/C not working

Having issues with the a/c when I turn the **** to max it seems all of the vents close and the air stops. Has anyone ever dealt with this?

You have a vacuum leak in the climate controls.

I agree. White line, passenger side firewall in engine compartment.

Look for the A/C blend door actuator and run some new 5/32" vacuum line through the firewall to the connector behind the passenger side kick panel.

Thanks to all for the assist. I found the connector behind the kick panel and there are 3 sets of connections on it 2 of which, one on top and one on bottom, that are not connected to anything. Is this as it should be?

If I remember correctly there is one white line and one black line and an empty slot (as you are saying)
