Low pressure at fuel rail
i have 91 ford f150 5.8 with new fuel pump and low pressure at fuel rails and a no start issue.Fuel pump is priming as should,and will run a second or two with starting fluid.I pressed the shraeder valve and fuel just bubbled out like it was not under pressure,any ideas

i think i found the problem,i took the fuel filter out and turned on the pump and the pump runs for the 2 second prime but pumps no gas.I have gas in the tank but seems like this pump is a bummer...spectra.
