Hello guys, I've got a 94 f150 4x4 with the 351W, she's got about 205k under the hood. It's been running a little rough, with a slow surge at idle. It also surges under medium or high power too. I did plugs and wires, and a new distributer. Is there anything I can do to help this? It's a slow surge, like a wave almost, as slow as 2 second waves, it's not a huge surge, but I can feel the pull surge when accelerating, any ideas? I'd really appreciate it! Thanks guys!

My 95 did that as well. So i cleaned the throttle body and the idle air control valve and it fix my my truck

Maybe a clogged fuel filter?
