Default Front sway bar removal?

Got an 89 4x with a 4 inch lift and 32s...just wondering if anyone has taken their front sway bar off, I already took the back one off years ago when I lifted it. Just wanting to know if the body roll changed drastically, after it got removed, the front springs are already stiff as hell so I cant think it would change a whole lot.

Some trucks did, some trucks didn't for some reason. Mine had one at one point cause the bushings are still there but I guess it was taken off before I got it.
