Default Leaning towards glasspacks? suggestions/advice/videos?

I have the 1991 I6 300, and right now has stock exhaust, but i wanted to remove the 2 cats and straight pipe it back to a glasspack. If you have any suggetions or videos/soundclips, let me know. Really want to see what it will sound like first. I am either getting a thrush or cherry bomb glasspack. Any info helps, Thanks.

if u get a thrush from oreilly for like 20 bucks, it wont be too loud but will have a nice rumble , there like 22 inches,,,id go with a 18 inch on ur 300 if ur looking for a louder tone

I prolly wont run true duals, just go from where the manifold hits the single pipe, cut off cats, run a straight pipe, back to a glasspack, either like a 22" or 18".

i would keep one cat on so at least you will have some back presser, or cut out all the cats and throw a muffler on it. plus the glass packs make a horible poping noise wen you let off. (my opinion)

Well idk, i just know we are taking the cats off and straight piping it back to something. Im really thinking glasspack, but if i find some $$$ I might get a flowmaster 40? I also here that the thrush welded muffler sounds pretty good. My goal is to have a good mix between LOUD and deep tone on one pipe.
