thanks guys. last week i bought new tires an had em put on, like you said 31x10.5s fit perfect, very very slight rubbing at full lock like you said but again, that doesn't matter b/c i dont do that but once a blue moon. i ended up going with the goodyear wrangler authority tires. i wasnt ecstatic about buying Walmart special tires but im very satisfied with them so far. we had a real bad snow here in Canton Ohio and no matter how hard i try i CANT get them to slide. 500 miles on them and not the slightest sign of wear so ill hope for the best, just wanted to thank everyone here and i'll upload pics soon.

Just call me sean. Really
You have the exact same tires I do, good choice! I've had mine on for 2-3 thousand now and I see no signs of wear either, so all is still well! Things haven't let me down yet either, sugar sand is sketchy with them though

I run 32x11.50x15 with wheels from a CJ-7 on my 1991 2wd. I've heard 31s are the max size without rubbing, so I was a bit worried, but I really couldn't pass up the price for the set and figured I could just switch smaller tires on if need be. No rubbing whatsoever, even at full lock (though I have talked to people with same-generation trucks who insist 32s will rub--small model differences?).

i have almost 3 thousand on em now and still no problems at all, they still have the little antenna things on the sidewall lol, but no signs of wear which is shocking considering the condition of roads here. they handle water, snow, mud, sleet, wet grass, just about anything you can think of with no problem. idk about sand we dont really have any here. and ice.. theyre not fantastic with ice but i guess what is?? ice is ice no matter what ur drivin. but i am completely satisfied with em
