Default Kenne Bell S/C

Does anyone know if this could be modified to fit a 96 5.0:

Keep in mind that I will be building a remanufactured engine for it.

Anyways, i contacted them via email, and they weren't very helpful. Does anyone know the part number of the actual s/c that was in the kits for these trucks?

I don't have the KB part number, I had the Vortech (4FC218-040SQ) for the 5.8 lightning. Sorry. :/

This is the closest thing to our trucks. It'll fit the 94-95 5.0 Mustang so the only difference might be the pulleys.

The only reason it doesn't go above '95 is because they're OBDII. They didn't smog certify for OBDII.

The fox body kenne bell will fit with the mustang valve covers, pulleys and intake. The newer body style mustang with the 5.0 would work but would need the parts mentioned above, I think it's a 96 only. The front end is shorter on that mustang and belts are in about an inch closer to the motor.
Either way some custom brackets for accaccessories would be needed. The blower sits down low on the mustang. The truck kit sat up higher.
With a quick search you can find some pictures and see what you'd be up against.

Can't you just get the accessories brackets and pulley from the mustang? Not sure about the valve covers. Maybe you can use a spacer to raise it a little? Obviously you will need a different belt if you do.

I looked at doing this and it seems simple enough. But then you have to consider the alternator, ac compressor and power steering are different units between a truck and a mustang. They are also in different locations.
